On both the team and individual workouts today, the majority of your time will be spent on the heavy wall-balls. For the team workout, focus on a fast cycle rate and quick transitions. For the individual workout, use the double unders to catch your breath and have short rest between sets. Most of the movements will force you to be under tension for long periods of time, so get used to that heart rate being high and grind through the workout today!
