Breaking early and sticking to your sets are the main focus on today's workout. How ever you break from round one should be the way you attack round four. Don't allow yourself to get too comfortable on your rest between sets! Time will fly by as you're looking at the ground trying to tell yourself to get back on it. Take a deep breath and go!
