The key to any couplet is always going to be to stay moving no matter what. With these two movements, the focus is going to be about how well you can find your breath and lower your heart rate a bit on those wall balls. Don't allow yourself to take huge breaks between sets or between movements.

E2MOM 200m run for 8 rounds

Lift
3 x 5 back squat @ 75%
2 x 3 @87.5%
Between each set complete 10 single leg deadlifts @ 70/53# each leg
