The focus on today's workout is to be able to work in consistent sets while managing muscle fatigue. Since each movement requires similar muscle groups, It's going to be important to break early in order to stay moving in the second half of the workout.

3 x 10 Frankenstien Front squats @42.5% with a 3 second down and 2 second pause
3 x 3 Front squat @90%

20:00 EMOM handstand pushup efficiency
6 reps per round

100 ft HS walk
100 GHD situps
100ft HS walk
