Go into the workout today with a plan of attack for your sets on each movement. Try to stick with consistent sets throughout the entire workout. Be smart about what you choose for your sets. The sets shouldn't be so big that you have to take more than 5-10 sec of rest. Choose wisely so you maximize your abilities and strengths. Conquer the day!
