In the part A of today's lifting you're building during the emom but starting at a challenging weight for the 5 or 7 reps. On the wod, push your threshold on the chest to bar pullups and then re-focus on the full snatches. Goal should be no missed reps with a consistent and constant transitioning pace on the dumbbell.
 

Lift Part A
Alt. between stations, E2M for 24min
1) Push Press x 3-5 reps
2) Deadlift x 5-7 reps

Full Snatch
1. 77.5% X 3 quick singles
2. 80% X 2 touch and go
3. 85% X 1
4. 87.5% X 1
5.90% X 1
6. 92.5% X 1
